A distressing and disappointing experience, despite a later apology. I hired this removalist service based on a quote that clearly outlined the items to be moved. On the day, the team refused to take several of the quoted items without proper explanation, causing major disruption to my move. I had a good experience with pick up and delivery. But once a box was missing and all the paperwork was complete, my experience turned sour. I called them 4 times over a 2 month period requesting support. They told me each time they would call me back. They never did. Zero support post move especially when something goes wrong. ADDIT: After a lot of proactivity on my part they eventually called me back and said they found the missing box 5 months later. They then delivered it free of charge. Exceptional customer service, good communication, flexible storage arrangements, supported me every step of the way, even when my move was small in size and complex and less worth their while. I will be recommending them far and wide.
