I love the care I receive at Dawson Modern Dentistry. Fran, at the front desk, is always friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I can easily call or text to schedule and reschedule. I feel that the office is very transparent about my dental benefits and pricing, and they make everything easy. All the hygienists that I've worked with are super really take the time to educate me. Dr Dawson is also personable and genuinely seems to care. Parking is easy. The office is clean and modern.
I haven’t felt more comfortable at a dentist in my entire life. This place rocks. The level of care that everyone puts into your experience from the front desk to the people working on your teeth, it’s amazing. I don’t dread coming here like I have dentists in the past. Also the level of skill all of the techs have is incredible. I’ve had many people do standard cleanings on my teeth over the years and no one compares to the careful and precise techniques all the professionals here have.
I can not recommend Dawson Modern Dentistry enough! I had almost no wait at all, and was immediately greeted by everyone with smiles. Hannah was wonderful and even made me so comfortable that I felt like I made a new friend. Every person I saw introduced themselves and was so kind and educated me in a way I understood. I will be recommending to all my friends and family! :)
As much as I hate going to the dentist, I will say that my experience with the Dawson team was the best one could ever wish for. Francisco helped me initially during my phone conversation and also when I arrived to the office. He was super kind and explained things thoroughly. Katie, the dental hygienist made me feel comfortable and understood my anxiety. Dr. Dawson...well, you couldn't choose a more kind and compassionate dentist. I'm so grateful I found Dawson Modern Dentistry.
From the front desk staff to everyone in the clinical area was top notch!! I have always had such high anxiety with dentists but Dr. Dawson was the BEST!!! Having a treatment plan was the best. I know I am in great hands and I highly recommend this practice now and forever!! Thank you all so much!
