I’ve been searching for a dentist in the Charlotte area since moving earlier this year. Dr. Dawson’s practice is absolutely gorgeous and her staff has incredible customer service skills. The entire booking process online was seamless. The day before the appointment I received a phone call from the office to verify my dental insurance and to give me an accurate expectation of costs for the appointment, which I appreciated! Today was my son’s first experience (Nee Patient) at Dawson Modern Dentistry. We had the pleasure of starting off with Tivia, who explained the process to him and walked him through everything she was going to do. She made him feel very comfortable with his first experience there. Her service was later complemented by the dentist who performed his exam, and provided him with recommendations for his future dentistry needs. As for me, a parent, they checked a lot of boxes. I love the care I receive at Dawson Modern Dentistry. Fran, at the front desk, is always friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I can easily call or text to schedule and reschedule. I feel that the office is very transparent about my dental benefits and pricing, and they make everything easy. All the hygienists that I've worked with are super really take the time to educate me. Dr Dawson is also personable and genuinely seems to care. Parking is easy. The office is clean and modern.

My daughter just moved to Charlotte, NC for college. Thank goodness for Dawson Modern Dentistry! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by Taylor, the dental assistant, inside a lovely and comfortable office. Dr. Dawson is so professional and personable. From the moment you walk through the door, you feel and see the difference in the experience they want you to have as a customer. Customer Excellence is top of mind at every interaction you have with them. You walk away knowing that they have listened and responded to your every need.
