I’ve been searching for a dentist in the Charlotte area since moving earlier this year. Dr. Dawson’s practice is absolutely gorgeous and her staff has incredible customer service skills. The entire booking process online was seamless. The day before the appointment I received a phone call from the office to verify my dental insurance and to give me an accurate expectation of costs for the appointment, which I appreciated! I love the care I receive at Dawson Modern Dentistry. Fran, at the front desk, is always friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I can easily call or text to schedule and reschedule. I feel that the office is very transparent about my dental benefits and pricing, and they make everything easy. All the hygienists that I've worked with are super really take the time to educate me. Dr Dawson is also personable and genuinely seems to care. Parking is easy. The office is clean and modern.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Scheduling is easy with online appointments. The office is very nice televisions in all of the rooms so you have something to watch during a cleaning or any dental work. The location is easy to get in and out of. I would highly recommend.
