Keith G, conducted a complimentary service check on my system. he arrived in a timely manner, was in a very neat uniform, identified himself, explained what he was going to do and proceeded in a very professional manner. after the check, he did a great job of explaining what needed to be done and explained all options with NO PRESSURE!!!!!! AWESOME. I WILL DEFINATELY ASK FOR HIM WHEN I REQUIRE SERVICE ON MY SYSTEM. GREAT JOB.

Chris H, was an excellent technician. He was very polite and mannerable. Also he explained the work he was doing and offered me a product called a kool cap for my ac. I actually was looking for something like that for the winter but couldn't afford it at this time.

I reached out to Dawson for to address an issue with leakage in the hallway bathroom underneath the sink. Chris Hartman, the technician, acted with utmost professionalism and looked at the p-trap to confirm everything checked out fine. Just to make sure there's no leakage, he applied some sealant just to prevent any leakages in future. This additional care makes Chris and dawson standout among their competitors. Keith G, responded to our "mystery leak". He listened carefully to our explanations asked a lot of questions and made a number of recommendations. When we wavered on his first action steps he then suggested the "least invasive" approach and we were rewarded with discovering a difficult to spot problem.Our mystery may not be fully resolved but we were grateful for Keith's reflective approach.

My husband called Dawson & Dawson Heating & Air after going two weeks without air conditioning. The technician arrived at our house only an hour after we called. Keith was extremely professional and courteous. He answered all of our questions and was very honest! Unlike other companies & technicians, he did not try to overcharge us or convince us to replace unneeded parts. I will be sure to use ONLY Dawson in the future and ask for Keith! Thanks for the wonderful experience!

The people at Dawson are awesome! From the operator's who answered the phone, to the technician (Rodney Dawson), who repaired my air conditioner. Rodney was very polite and professional. It turned out that the motor on my indoor unit burned out. Lance came out after hours and diagnosed the problem accurately and quickly. Two great experiences lately with Dawson. They wentout of their way to do everything right and give me their best advice. Nopressure; just honesty with a smile.I've had problems with other H, AC, companies in Clarksville for years. In Dawson, I can trust. Also, the women I talk to in the office are the best.All in all, I would say that Dawson is the most professional companyof its kind in the area.

We contacted Dawson for their seasonal assessment and they did a great and honest job in letting us know what we needed to solve our issue. We purchased extra duct insulation, radiant heat barrier and a new vent fan in the attic. The team they sent to perform the work (Travis A and John A) did a great job. Clean and efficient work with no clean-up required on our part. I would highly recommend the service to anyone needing to cool down a second floor in their house.
