As a bride, my service was excellent (this was also January 2008). They took their time and made sure that my experience was perfect. I was able to find a dress on the discontinued rack for only $99, then paid their tailoring fees. I also found all my accessories there, and I did not have to wait long. My bridesmaids did not have as great an experience. One bridesmaid was the exact same size as the sample dress we wanted, so her dress fit perfectly.
