Went in and tried 6 dresses on and when I found my dream dress! So thankful for Dawns Bridal!

Experience was not great. We were the first customers at the door and when one of the employees came to open the door she did not greet us or smile. Once in the shop there was a rule "no food or drinks" (which I totally understand), However the same lady who didn't greet us or smile said "no drinks" and took my drink without any warning. I had to go ask the other employees for my drink back when we left. David's Bridal of Winston Salem had better customer service and were much more pleasant. When our daughter was preparing to get married we went directly to Dawn's and we had such a great experience. They worked with Julie to find her perfect dress and after only 4 dresses all we could say was Ahhh when she walked in the room with her beautiful dress. Many of her friends also purchased their special dress from Dawn and Raeann. They are professional but warm and welcoming.
