I liked the shop but they seemed to have closed down making it difficult to retrieve the part I paid and ordered. It was delivered, nobody answered the phone or chat to resolve this either.

I had the opportunity of meeting Dawn today, it was a very easy experience and she was so nice and knowledgeable. You could tell she totally cares for the community and her commitment to excellence exuded from her pores. I will probably never see her again in my life but she and her team made a potentially bad situation into a pleasure to deal with, thank you Dawn and team for helping us.
