If you have a chance to use Dawn, RUN!!!! We bought our home from her and she didn’t do half the things she was supposed to. She falsified paperwork and left things like permitting out! We didn’t know until now when we’re selling our home that all these things weren’t done and it’s costing us big money now! She will put her making money over you and your family. DO NOT USE HER!!
