Dawn Owen designs/ Top That Table make the day you get married memorable!!!!
This business did a large order with us and arranged for Fedex to come to our location. We did not arrange any shipping. We then receive a bill from Fedex for thousands of dollars saying that we are responsible for payment. The business refuses to return our calls or emails to help resolve the issue.
