Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely unwelcome. I greeted the staff politely, but no one greeted me back or even acknowledged me. What bothered me most was the attitude. Instead of making an effort to help, they seemed uninterested and acted as though assisting patients was an inconvenience. I hate leaving negative reviews because the doctors and nurses at Coastal Pediatrics have always been great. In fact, I was a patient there myself as a child, which is why I chose to bring my daughter here. She has been a patient since she’s been born. Unfortunately, the front office and management are a completely different story. The front desk is consistently slow, unhelpful, and often comes across as unprofessional.
