I hate leaving negative reviews because the doctors and nurses at Coastal Pediatrics have always been great. In fact, I was a patient there myself as a child, which is why I chose to bring my daughter here. She has been a patient since she’s been born. Unfortunately, the front office and management are a completely different story. The front desk is consistently slow, unhelpful, and often comes across as unprofessional. Professional. Listens well and cares.
I've been going here for 17 years now..... the first doctor my children had amazing. When she retired the second doctor we got was also very amazing.... and then I get dr. Sil wal. I will say I dont think he knows what hes taking about. He wrote the wrong stuff down and is making me jump though hoops just to get my child's physical. If this was my first visit ever I would have found a different place and not go back. Unfortunately I will see what other doctors they have and hopefully we find another Dr. Hudson or Dr. Henney.
They take forever be prepared to stay atless hour to almost two hours
This place is horrible! They are the slowest doctor’s office ever and they can’t keep any doctors. I swear letters are always being sent out about a doctor you may have had leaving out of your network. The employees especially in the back area sit around and talk while having the patients waiting in the room. They schedule your appointment and have the nerve to say arrive 15 minutes early for what! They ain’t EVER on time with seeing you and you’re in there for longer than an hour waiting. No reason you should be in an appoi... read more
