Dawn helped us with our recent sale of a lot in Vilas NC. From start to finish, she was professional, accessible, thorough. She priced the lot right - got an offer quickly. Although this was a relatively small transaction, Dawn delivered on all her promises. We feel fortunate to have worked with her and highly recommend her to both buyers and sellers!

Dawn was great to work with. She went out of her way to make sure we visited every house we wanted to and kept in touch daily. Would highly recommend Dawn as a agent you can count on.

If it was possible to give Dawn 10000000 stars, we absolutely would. She is professional, informative, reassuring and extremely knowledgeable. I can't imagine any other realtor being anywhere close to as good as she was for us. She walked us through every step of the way and went above and beyond the call of duty-many times. I would recommend her over and over!
