I met Dr. Mormak a few months ago and she diagnosed me with PMDD and did my yearly pap. Her original treatment for the PMDD did not work out, so I went back to see her this week to get some more insight into this disorder and to see what other options I'd have for treatment. After talking with her today, I will not be going back to her and plan on finding a different OBGYN. I just learned that Dr. Mormak has left FABEN and I'm rather upset about this. I was seen by her earlier this year because Dr. Caccam, my usual OBGYN (and definitely one of the best!) was out of office. I had that visit and then a follow-up and both times, Dr. Mormak was compassionate and took her time with me and answered all of my questions. I'm not sure why she received so many negative reviews on here and I wish I had left this review sooner, but I hope she didn't leave due to a 'squeaky wheels'.
I had an IUD placed with Dr.Mormak and it was one of the most excruciatingly painful experiences I've had to endure. After the procedure, I could hardly walk to my car and I sat in the parking lot and sobbed until I was able to drive. The pain didn’t subside until several hours later. Dr. Mormak informed me that my IUD was not in the correct place and that it would eventually correct itself within a month. Got a biopsy done and did not care when I asked her to walk me through the steps since I was nervous. Took the Stitches while I was screaming in pain. She has no compassion.

Horrible experience, no bedside manners at all! Please save yourself and do NOT use her as your OB!
This doctor was amazing! She was extremely down to earth, easy to talk to, and explained everything very clearly. We had an issue with some false positive test results and she made it extremely clear she would take care of the error on their side. She seemed to truly care about us and our pregnancy and my wife and I would highly recommend.
