Love the atmosphere and all the staff.
My experience was very acceptable. From the time I first came January of 2013 until now, I been there more than a few times. With the first visit I got an exam, 3d x-rays and cleaning. I got a very thorough exam and with it came a long list of things I needed now and eventually. Of course I focused on what I needed right now. I WOULD NEVER GO TO DR. GAYKEN AGAIN SHE IS A CROOK AND SHE JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY. When I pulled into her office there was no one in the parking lot and no one in the waiting room that should have been the first sign that there was a problem. The reviews are correct she is ridiculously expensive and borderline unethical. I would run from this dentist.
"My first visit with Dr. Gayken and staff was excellent. The staff were very sweet and attentive. Her hygienist was a joy !!!. The hygienist was thorough in examining and cleaning my teeth, and she gave me the best cleaning I have ever had. The cleaning was pain free and so were the x-rays, considering that all my other exams have always been uncomfortable. Dr, Gayken and her staff were all warm, caring and very accommodating to my needs. I highly recommend Dr. Gayken to anyone that needs a great dentist."
"My visit included a cleaning as well as exam with the dentist. My dental hygienist, April, was great! She was very friendly, explained each portion of the process to me, and overall did a great job! I will definitely be coming back here for my next cleaning."
If you like paying an arm and a leg she is great. This is the first dentist I have had to pay a ridiculous amount for for an initial first visit cleaning. They billed the insurance way more than was covered and didn't tell me it wasn't covered until I got the bill in the mail. NEVER GOING BACK!!
The personal attention is great and keeps me coming back. Plus all of the staff are very friendly
Dr. Gayken and her staff are very professional and accomidating. I have 2 small children (2 & 6) and they took their time to answer all the 6 year olds qeustions and concerns. She felt very comfortable with Anna (the Hygentist) and made her feel special. This was my 2 year olds first dentist appointment and they made sure not to push him too far and played to his comfort level while still checking his mouth over and encouraging him with the toothbrush.
