1 star is far too generous! This practitioner is very rude, ignorant, very dismissive and unprofessional. I asked if she has any other advise and recommendations she can provide for her “diagnosis” she said since I’m a nurse, I should look-it up on the internet. She proceeded by giving me a $150 coupon to purchase a new frame and lens at newlook eye wear. Do me a favor and report this practitioner to the college of optometrist of Ontario. Agree with other reviews. Unfortunately, I booked an appointment Dr. Dawn Song because she was very close to my work, she is extremely rude! When I closed the wrong eye by mistake, she gave me attitude. I asked for my contact lenses prescription to take home because I planned to place an order elsewhere, she refused, she only gave it to me after I insisted. Avoid!
Writing this for my wife who visited. This doctor completely ruined her day from the doctors attitude. 1. Extremely rude. 2. Lack of communication skills and she takes it on her client..( getting frustrated because unable to communicate, angry and accusing ) 3. Tries to push her products and tries to find ways for her clients to pay without visa or MasterCard to avoid fees. Very poor professional ism portrayed..

Avoid this Doctor. She do not know how to talk with her patients. Extremely Rude. I have to leave the office in the middle of my appointment as she was misbehaving. She don't even deserve 1 star.
