Dawn and her team are amazing! As first time home buyers, Dawn made the process so easy and accessible, and took the time to answer all our questions. She is always so responsive and an absolute joy to work with. She helped us gauge the market and I kid you not, we closed on the first house we put an offer in on. We found our dream home and owe it all to Dawn! In addition, she has been a very helpful resource, helping us connect with handymen/contractor/etc to optimize our new home further beyond buying a house.

If I could give Dawn 100 stars or more I would!! Dawn not only made this experience easy but actually fun. She had her work cut out taking me on as a client. They staged our home beautifully and then had her photographer take the photos and a video, in order to maximize the marketability of our home.
