If I could give Dawn 100 stars or more I would!! Dawn not only made this experience easy but actually fun. She had her work cut out taking me on as a client. If it hadn’t been for Dawn’s tenacity and persistence in following up to get me the house I loved, we wouldn’t have successfully been able negotiate our way into the deal as the house was already under contract.
