0 stars. Here’s how my experience with Stephanie went. My physiatrist referred me to her, and I figured I’d give it a shot. I called to schedule an appointment and left a voicemail. No call back. I called again a week later, same thing. I tried one more time, still nothing. After that, I gave up. Then, just a few days ago, she finally calls me back to follow up.
