The people here have been taking care of me since I first started dialysis. Everyone one of them are nice and I honestly feel like the genuinely care about me. The nurses and techs are all top notch. I call in all the time to have to reschedule my time and they are accommodating. Even the receptionist gives me a great hello and goodbye everyday. Unless I move away I’ll be staying here.
Receptionist is rude short tempered.. she will ignore you and dismiss u you off..She has no customer service skill
