The 800 number is a joke when we need to speak directly to the clinic.
I’ve been at this clinic for over a year. I really appreciate them because the clinic I came from I dealt with a lot of infiltration. Faye Harley literally saved my life one time I fainted due to low blood pressure she got me up and responding it can be scary doing dialysis but after that I feel safe when she’s there. Also the first person that stuck me when I transferred here was Lisa H. I always go to her if I feel uneasy and she’s gentle with me when she sticks my fistula. My technician Faye Harley and my nurse kelly , they are sent from heaven. They are patient, kind, loving, attentive and always.know what's best for my care. They make my dialysis experience so amazing.\nAnd I am so grateful that they are at this clinic10/10 i definitely recommend these two ladies.
2025 of September This dialysis center has improved by new temporary management: Jaywanna She herself is outstanding willing to listen, and respond quickly with a resolution before anything escalate. Also, with the new recently charge nurse: Kelly things seem to pick up after ( Lou and Catherine) left. Patience , understand your chair time and how it works. Let the next patient be concerned about their time. We still need corrections with a few technicians, and a few patients.
