This establishment is very unprofessional. Anytime information is requested from this facility the staff is very rude. I have been hung up on by different staff members at the facility. Kay (if this is even her real name) is never helpful and continuously hangs up on my dad when he calls. My grandad is a patient there and he is very unhappy. The lack of caring from the staff is sad. I hope this review reaches the appropriate people so that the appropriate changes can be made at this establishment.
