Horrible service for my wife. The center manager nicole and Doctor are truly evil. They keep changing her dialysis times and now shorter duration of dialysis affects my wife’s health. I have contacted Medicare and the Arizona department of health to find a solution for this poorly managed and bad medical facility. Davita is hurting my wife’s health.. we want to leave Davita due to extremely poor service and Davita won’t send our medical records to our new doctor. I love my facility. Lolly the facilitator is amazing! The standards there are high! I rarely have a bad experience. The nurses and techs are all amazing! Thank You for making my experience great!
The staff is very supportive in helping to get all their needs met .
