My husband, Ulysses, is a patient at our local DaVita. He is extremely happy with the staff at our local, 19th Street Tacoma, center. He loves the staff; they make dialysis so much easier. Always clean and comfortable there.
Such caring people, they do their hardest to make things fast so you can get on a busy day. The bottom line they care and make un comfortable day easy to handle. I've got family, and I see the ones that don't as I am new to the clinic. It's sad, the staff is friendly to everyone no matter. There are people in the waiting room that appear uptight picking up a person and ok. Ones waiting for their buses for pick up. All have a story tell. Sent my dad too the hospital without calling too tell me, pretty bad with this communication thing
DaVita Central Tacoma is slowly losing my 5 star rating with them. I feel I am getting the run around. You see I am currently using a walker and they freakin mixed my walker up with another dialysis patient's. I've been trying to get help with this situation and no one seems to be helping me VERY FRUSTRATED
If I could give a half of a star rating I would. Like other google reviews already said Davita recruiters are not even close to a half star rating . My personal experience is similar to Julia but even worst . My phone didn’t even ring, 10 minutes after I got a missed call from a scam number and a voicemail from Davita with no call back number . So I emailed the recruiter that I was in communication with immediately . Crickets from that person for hours . 4pm rolled around , finally got a reply back with basically a run aroun... read more
