As a visitor (patient), I've to say, the entire crew, starting from the office to the treatment floor, they are AMAZING. Caring, professional and most importantly very welcoming. I feel much better in this clinic than my regular clinic in Burbank, California. Thank you all
There are 4 (1 nurse and 3 techs) that truly care. The rest could care less, it’s like a nursing home where they do just enough. It’s sad that this is a place where the staff needs to be compassionate, patient, and understanding. However, this is not the case with this staff. We the patients are just money. I could go on but I spoke my peace. It’s not a good place but, I go because I have to in this moment.
Incredible team of caregivers who have been serving the kidney community in Summerlin for decades. Experienced, kind, and good-spirited people work here.
