Clinic is always clean and the staff is amazing, caring, and knowledgeable.
I have been sitting here for over an hour waiting to get my treatment. Thursday l left after waiting two hours. Today I have to get my treatment to, I'm very sick today from missing my treatments last week. If they don't want me here until after 12 noon then say that. The treatment is already 3 hours and to wait 2 hours to begin treatment is rediculous
I love my dialysis team all of them, but I hate to see them overworked. It makes the days longer & wears them out. I've never had a problem with my treatment but I would just like to see more participation from all the team members. Any person on the medical staff/ without medical certification they should always pitch in & help clean chairs & machines. And those with medical/tech credentials can & should help setup the machines & stock station.
People are caring without losing efficiency.
