The place is nice and most of the staff are very kind and helpful. However, there is one person, Soraia Hadi, who has been very rude and unkind. She checks on all the other patients except for my grandmother, and I don’t understand why. It’s upsetting because she is not even a nurse or doctor, just an administrative staff member, yet she treats us in a disrespectful way.
