My experience with DaVita dialysis is great with the RN's and technicians by being nice, fun and professional. Every time I go to get treatment, alot of the people that work there, say hi and want to hear about my day even if this is early in the morning on Wednesdays. I really love Cynthia our technician who brightens up my day and call her "Sunshine." She brightens everyone's day by being herself and she is also going to college too. My experience was a really bad one.They had real bad services i went on vacation to Las Vegas in my mom needed their service.It was a bad experience. , they totally were ignoring my mom, most of The Times my mom has dementia, they didn't have no patience at all and my mom don't speak english only spanish , and they had only one girl nurse , and she didn't speak fully spanish and they want me to sit down with my mom 3 hours i wish they couldn't told me they needed somebody to sit with her.I had a back problem and I cannot sit... read more
We visited about 2 weeks ago Worst DaVita experience ever! Christine has a bad attitude when proven wrong and definitely shows retaliation signs if she doesn't get her way 1 of many interactions with her. My husbands chair time had been changed prior to traveling. We mentioned it to her and instead of offering an alternative she hits us with, you'll have to sign the paper for early release.
