From the door to the floor. Awesome staff awesome care and a loving sensation when you are there. Everyone has taken such amazing care and talked me through any questions I have. It is definitely like a family environment we joke laugh and smile.
The DeVita Riverbend Dialysis team is awesome! I love my team and i don''t want to lose any of them. They know me, they care about me and they help me live day to day with dialysis.
Constantly changing patient appointment times. Does not give accurate times for pick up. Will ruin your schedule. No sense of urgency. Nobody stationed at front desk to help with questions. Have to ring a bell and pull an aide to get a simple question answered. Probably why they are behind. Don't think management/owners care. Their money rolls in while they sit on a beach.
Don't have no ideal, how someone can give this place a 5 star, I'm having dialysis there NOW, had a guy crank down the port in my chest, so hard that it took a nurse rusty pliers to get it off , and left a trainer on her own, and she almost ran a tube full of AIR, into my heart, so don't give me any 5 star , now have to find another dialysis place A.S.A.P
