I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the staff at the DaVita Pikes Peak Dialysis center. My grandmother is a patient there, and her experiences, coupled with my own observations during drop-offs, have raised serious concerns about the level of care and respect provided by the employees. It is deeply troubling to witness the consistent lack of professionalism and basic customer service from the staff. The facility is run down. I don't think the chairs have been replaced in 15 years. The staff started putting chucks down on the seats because the pleather was cracking and they couldn't be sanitized. The operation is too big, and it's mostly staffed by people who don't care. There's always something left spilled on the floor, always someone complaining about their pay or workload. The scheduler is awful. My mom asked her why it took them over 30 days to fill out my 2728, she said "we have 40 days to fill it out". Who says th... read more
I have enjoyed my experience with DaVita Pikes Peak. The entire staff, from my nephrologist, to the nurses, to the support staff, dietitian and social worker, are kind, caring, thorough, and polite. I have received excellent training on how to perform my peritoneal dialysis and continue to receive updates and continuing education as needed. I highly recommend DaVita Pikes Peak.
They are the best at what they do. Great music with DJ grand master Kim,excellent techs especially Taisia, Lacey,Caroline,Curtis, Haily, Olivia, Kelly and Kim just to name a few. Awesome nurses like Lefty, Sam, Mel, Saavy and Junior. Although dialysis is painful, they are kind and they care about their patients.
