The machines are always breaking down, equipment looks old,because it is old I wish I could have a constant tech. Been watching the same wall for 3years.
Chair time was 10:15am. They were told my son had a doctor appointment he could not miss at 2pm. They did not put him on Dialysis until after 11:30am and he had to be off by 12:55pm in order to get to his doctor appointment. They were told he had just gotten out of the hospital Sunday and could not miss the appointment. I had to drive 75-80mph and was late getting him to his appointment by 10 minutes.
