This is a very nice DaVita. The staff is very friendly but very professional. They made me feel like I was always a patient here. I has there because of a death in the family. They where so good for my needs When I am in the Charlotte area I will like to come back here.
Davita best dialysis clinic ever
Today is July 18th 2024 and my treatment is excellent. I did say hi to a tech and she just look right through me. I guess this generation don't speak much.
This is the worst dialysis facility that you can send a family member to the staff is never on time new staff every week the turnover rate is very high. The facility itself is disgusting roaches crawling on the floor and medical equipment. Staff is rude and unruly. Most of the employees are under the influence while on the floor. Staff will talk to your loved ones any kind of way, very unprofessional. They will lie just to get your loved one kicked out of the facility.
