I was an out of towner with six treatments to complete and barely got through four. These people need training. They are VERY unprofessional, inconsiderate, rude and I felt very unsafe there. I ended up in the hospital for lack of care. WARNING: do not send your loved ones to Davita Norfolk Square

I guess some people are just impossible to please! My wife and I thought the staff, facility, even their informative literature, were AMAZING! These medical professionals manage over 40 chairs, with minum staffing; probably because it's hard to find GOOD, qualified people who are willing to really do the work. They're constantly monitoring and attending their patients' needs. Yet, they still manage to do this with a smile! So unprofessional and unkind. I am a medical professional and called to check the status of a transfer dialysis chair for a patient and the charge nurse put me on hold for over 15 mins, i hung up and called back and the lady that answered the phone told me "well we're in shift change so you will need to call back after 1230pm to talk to her". Ok, it's only 1020am, you think the charge nurse would have told me that, knowing that I also have a job that i need to do. How does it take over 2 hours to complete shift change? This ... read more
