I have been requesting financial assistance for months and no help. When I had a fistula and cvc they cleaned the cvc one every 4-5 weeks. The Mayo of Jacksonville says that is something wrong with my fistula and davita and my nephrologist should know this. I got a paper from my insurance company ( not a bill yet). Davita can’t even tell me what’s it’s for when I showed them the paper. I will change dialysis centers soon.
The nurse name Anna is very rude to people and try’s to pull more fluid off of you then what your dr tells her to and lets you sit on the machine cramping real bad and tells you that or fishula in your arm is okay when it is not working right
Courteous, Thorough,and Friendly staff.I received dialysis here while on Vacation.They got me in on time and were very accommodating I would highly recommend this treatment center.
