I want to start by saying that the care my family has received at the Madisonville DaVita center has always been excellent, which makes this situation even more disappointing. I recently saw a staff member from this location, Julie, engaging in racist and highly unprofessional behavior online. As someone with a close family member receiving dialysis here, this was incredibly upsetting and does not reflect the standard of care I know this center strives to uphold.
