Dr. Chica, nurses and support staff are an amazing team who supports their patients and care givers in the journey of renal failure. Dr. Chica is personable and is invested in his patients care. Tracy, Nancy and Kathy all work together as a unit when one or the other is out of office and guidance is needed. DaVita Kidney Care staff and doctors are very patient friendly and helpful. Their skill in kidney failure care with Hemo and Peritoneal Dialysis is outstanding. You should probably tell the guy who runs the clinic not to change clothes in the parking lot behind his vehicle in broad daylight in view of employees while having what is supposed to be a professional conversation with another employee. This will be reported to the company’s headquarters.
