My husband, Kurt and I are going to miss the whole team. Especially his nurse Sandy, she was always there for me when I had questions about my husband and his dialysis care. Sandy is such a sweet and extremely caring person. We will visit to see how all of you are doing!! Thank you so much!! Because of insurance purposes and Kurt and I living outside of Indiana, we had to switch. Thank you again Davita for having such caring nurses and personal.
