I'm still very new to the dialysis program and I've had misgivings from day one because of a situation that my 45 yr old cousin was going through with a Davita Dialysis in a totally different state. His issue caused him to die a little over a year ago. So needless to say, I watch and pay close attention to EVERYTHING that they do to me and will make much noise if I feel I'm being ignored. Sure they could be friendlier, but when it’s blood and needles, you’ll want efficiency and knowledge. Very attentive to what matters and over time, you’ll have people in your life you just can’t do without. ✌️❤️
Staff made a mistake and caused my father to have a stroke and have to be taken to the ER. Not only was his life and well being put at risk by the staff’s gross incompetence, but no one followed up with us after he was admitted to the hospital and none of the staff expressed their concern, but repeatedly called to ask if he would make his appointments showing no remorse or acknowledgment when told they were the direct cause of his stroke because they ignored medical instructions.
