They tell you to come in at one time, and when you get there, they refuse to treat you until 2.5 hours later. That’s really frustrating, considering the patient has dementia and isn’t able to sit for longer than her normal chair time. Obviously, there is poor communication among staff, and when you call to find a solution, no one answers.
