Staff at Fontana Davita are very friendly caring and I like how they explain what they are doing when they’re changing something they make sure I understand what is happening
Belle and Claudia are very nice. Front desk reception are also very kind and professional, they're always quick to get work done. I only wish the parking situation on the property was better, often other people leave no room for us to enter and there's no convenient way to get in without having to force my mom to climb the weird incline. If they fix the parking lot to be level I'd bring my mom back 100%
As a transportation driver seeing and going to dozens of different dialysis facilities this by far the worst in San Bernardino. Why do you work a job for helping people but you're not helpful. The staffs working at the back with patients multiple time I'm trying to get their attention for help they play dumb ignore me. Gotta wait for a patient/client to open the door for me just to talk so someone. One time the door was open the worker was about to close it. I drop off a lot of patients here and let me tell you they are rude!! They expect you to know everything about patients like they are your family I’m just a transportation driver I don’t know there weight or anything about them then they look at you like your dumb or somthing! I’m just a driver they are not family I don’t know every detail about them like I’m there doctor! Avoid this place
