Four weeks ago I started a transfer to this facility for my 81yr old mother. Fresinuis (her current facility) sent all the medical records for review. We were strung along and were told she needed a recent hepatitis panel, I took her for the blood work to Fresinuis, they did it and forwarded the results. Then Davita said they needed a recent TB test. Fresinuis sent X-rays done at Summerlin hospital from a recent hospital stay. Didn’t hear back from Davita.
