We just started taking our love one hear to be treated about 2 weeks now, and we love it. We had to change from another place she was going, because they were not treating her fair/ good. The first day we went there (Davita Falls Road), the staff, the tech's and nurses was so pleasant and willing to help with our love ones needs. The always explain what they are going to do every time we drop her off in the morning, which is so helpful for us and our love one. I would recommend Davita Falls Road to anyone who needs Dailysis.
Devita used to be a family oriented unit, not no more
The Falls Road DaVita facility is very good. The charge nurse, Jessica, is highly competent as a nurse and supervisor and sets the tone. I feel very comfortable being treated by the technicians at this clinic. The visiting nephrologist, Dr. Eric Brown, and the visiting nurse practitioner, Linnea, are top-notch. At this site. the dietician and the social worker come regularly once a week and spend as much time as needed advising patients.
Staff extremely efficient and friendly. Very attentive and professional. Highly recommend.
