Davita Fairfax Horrible management. Manager is “know it all“ type, loud and obnoxious hyena laugh you can clearly hear all the way across the room. Patient comfort is an afterthought. Social worker is hard to get a hold of. No direct way to contact her, I put in over dozen requests for call back over the course of 3+ weeks without success. I had an appointment with Inova orthopedics today (05/07/2026) , went inside that building because I didn’t know where it was at, I asked the front desk lady, and she gave me a horrible attitude when I simply asked her twice. She is a Hispanic GROWNNNN female that had the audacity to disrespect a veteran in front of my face. She is disgustingly rude and pathetically nasty. No manners, morals, respect, nor principles. Remembering the last visit of my husband with me in this location, DAVITA FAIRFAX. It was a year ago, Feb.18, 2016. He was admitted as a Peritoneal Dialysis Patient late of May 2015. Since then, he was always anxious & happy to visit the place. There was one time he asked me about his appointment date for DAVITA FAIRFAX.
