When I first started dialysis 5 years ago it was challenging. They first put me at Mishawaka,IN and the nurses there were not paying attention, constantly on their phones, had someone in distress in front of me and noone saw it! I went to Elkhart where I met a wonderful nurse by the name of Jeana who took very good care of me! she showed me how to do everything, she was kind, she was caring, she even gave me a shoulder to lean on literally when I was struggling. Friendly staff and very helpful with our traveling patient.
My father been coming here since March. Of 2024 Everyone there, have a positive, friendly attitude, very helpful. I’m relieved to leave my father in their care. If I could give 10 star I would so I max what I could lol.
