My dad started getting dyalisis last week and at first it was very scary and overwhelming, but now it's our new normal. A transport takes him to and from Davita, and I'm very happy to report that he's very well taken care of, from the moment he's dropped off. I constantly ask him if he was treated well and if he was comfortable, and he always has the nicest things to say about the staff. Never organized…. My clinic in Pharr calls ahead of time so I can be seen and this clinic always seems so lost! Isn’t a warm fussy feeling being a patient here.
This review is not as a patient but an EMT who has to drop off and pick up patients. Receptionist sits behind a privacy glass and ignores you if she feels like it. Technicians ignore call button, as so does the receptionist, only coming out when a patient comes in. I'm sure they are great with patients, but working with them can be a pain.
