For the most part the staff is friendly and courteous. This is why I gave 2 stars. If I was rating the Doctor it would be a zero. He is arrogant and condescending as well as untrustworthy. I can't emphasize enough to always get a second opinion from a doctor he is not affiliated with.
Just had to shout out Ms Amy who came through as such a blessing for my mother today. My mother is traveling in the Maryland area for the week but forgot an important item to be able to do her PD at home and Amy answered the call and immediately talked to my mom as if she was her own patient, and without hesitation was able and willing to provide the supplies that my mother needed. Thanks for caring and doing such a great job 👏🏾 👏🏾!! You are very much appreciated!
