The staff is OK. The equipment they provide is always broken. The recliner I sit in every session has been broken for at least 6 months The machine alarm goes off every 20 seconds and it takes 10min for someone to reset it.I dont even care about the broken tvs.

This is a horrible clinic. My dad attend this clinic for his dialysis treatment. They consistently stick improperly causing him to have to get his arm revised. My dad just received a new fistula 2 to 3 months ago and already having to get revised and is not able to get treatment. He will now have to get a catheter in for the second time. This has caused my dad so much discomfort physically, mentally, and emotionally. This clinic should be investigated. Thank you. If it was 0 stars that would be my review.

The staff here have no idea how to handle a dementia patient. Don’t send your loved ones here if they are not mentally independent because they have them make big decisions without their family’s knowing. My mom has been sent to the ER from this center far too many times without my knowing, especially with me being her caregiver, POA, and eldest child.

This place has a very rude employee, tall lady with an Accent. Very rude, yell at transport companies due to her not being on time , causing the patients to be uncomfortable on the stretcher for long periods of time even when there are chairs available.
