The care team is very professional and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure patients are comfortable. Everything is run smoothly and efficiently. I toured another center closer to me, before I started dialysis. It wasn't as good as the Briggs Chaney location. I felt welcomed and cared for as soon as I walked into the Briggs Chaney center. After 7 years, I still feel well cared for.
Loud, poorly supervised. No doctors , even when requested.
