this facility is very organized. We sit in the same chair each time. seems like a small thing, but it is very important. one thing I do not like is several times I have been cramping and begged for them to gently massage the area and they refused. Also, the RN'S do not seem prepared to assist you if you are having an emergency, they may take your vital signs and then walk away. The care team is very professional and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure patients are comfortable. Everything is run smoothly and efficiently. I toured another center closer to me, before I started dialysis. It wasn't as good as the Briggs Chaney location. I felt welcomed and cared for as soon as I walked into the Briggs Chaney center. After 7 years, I still feel well cared for.
Loud, poorly supervised. No doctors , even when requested.
