I would say the staff here is terrible but realistically it’s all the FA Joan’s fault. She’s horrific towards the staff, she’s so mean to the staff. We really miss when Tina was here. Tina wasn’t great but at least she didn’t belittle her employees. Whoever hired this Joan woman is an embarrassment. When a sweet little PCT tried correcting her on my mothers information, Joan raised her voice and told her to “never tell her what to do”. Whatever that’s supposed to mean.
