Unprofessional and very rude staff.
Staff are very rude. We sent over a patient to them and they refused the patient and sent back. Because they are lazy and does not want to transfer the patient from wheelchair to their chair. Very unprofessional and this is not a very good reason to not dialyze a patient they should very mindful the risk and benefits of a patient by missing dialysis.
