We have bought two trucks from this place, one the transmission gernaded a month after we bought it within 1000 km, and another blew a head gasket same story. Seems to me this dealership buys beat to shit vehicles and sells them for cheap. Would not recommend this place!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I was completely misled when purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. I made it very clear to the sales associate, Farren, that I needed a safe and reliable car for highway driving as I prepare to attend university. I was reassured that the vehicle was safe — he even claimed he would trust his own children in it. That statement could not be further from the truth. Everything went well until they make you “verify your identity” they tell you it’s the law but it isn’t. They want to confirm bio metrics with your drivers license, I have double checked laws since the interaction and it is in fact not a legal requirement… do not fall for this crap!
Had a great shopping experience with Farren helping us out. He was kind, knowledgeable, down to earth and didn’t feel make me feel pressured about anything. He went above what was required and was funny and easy to talk to. Thanks for helping us out and being a great guy to work with!
