Yet again, happens every 2 years, the lens was cut wrong. I wear my glasses low and they’re measured low. The person who cuts them, needs �to�pay�attention!!!! This time I was treated like crap. Really??? They’re wrong. You have a guarantee. HONOR IT!!!!
RecommendedI just went for my annual eye exam and ordered new eye glasses. The staff is knowledgeable and very accommodating. This is why they have me as a repeat customer. One representative even offered to save me money by choosing a non-name brand of a similar shape frame so that my out of pocket expenses were not as harsh as expected. Kudos!
