Horrible experience this am. Had two appointments scheduled at 9am for my family and I have an email confirmation however only one scheduled. Staff unwilling to see us both at 9am so we walked out. I wasn't going to spend my whole Saturday there and will never go back! Find another place like Pearl Vision or Lens Crafters.... and dont book online like I did, they dont honor the appointments...

I would highly recommend this store. The manager Angela is extremely professional. She is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful in helping me find the right glasses for me. I will definitely be going back to this store.
Once again I had to call to find out my contacts were in. Once again the rebate promised does not pertain to my purchase.
