The customer service is exceptional! I was here a few months ago for two pairs of glasses. Today I returned with my 8 year old daughter for her first pair ever. The staff was patient and helped guide her to two pairs that she loved and fell into the special pricing. At the same time they repaired a pair of glasses I had and replaced a pair I had lost. I was prepaired to pay a lot but they went out of their way to look deeper into my insurance policy. My pair only cost me $38! They reposted my other one for free and my daught... read more
